  • Deprecates ambiguous project memory folder usage.
  • Updates bootstrap/prompt-selection guidance so AI agents read project context before editing.

- Add local-dev → git → Forgejo Actions → registry → SSH deploy model
- Add standards/deployment-workflow-standard.md (branch→env mapping, deploy
  flow, rollback, SSH prerequisites, image tag strategy)
- Add global-prompts/operations/deploy-and-rollback.md prompt
- Add templates/forgejo-actions/ (ci.yml, deploy.yml for Forgejo Actions)
- Add templates/project-ops/ (deploy.sh, rollback.sh, smoke-test.sh, logs.sh,
  docker-compose.yml, .env.example, Makefile)
- Add QUICK-START.md with 5-step new project guide and task reference table
- Add AI entry points: CLAUDE.md, AGENTS.md, .clinerules (workflow repo level)
- Add AI entry points to templates/project-documentation-template/
- Add examples/taskboard/ — complete filled-in example project
- Improve templates: architecture.md, developer-guide.md, operations-runbook.md,
  runbook-template filled with real content instead of TODOs
- Trim project-template-bootstrap.md from 14KB to 3.3KB (Ollama-compatible)
- Fill documentation-update.md with area→file mapping table
- Add standard references to logging/backup templates and design prompts
- Update standards/git-and-commit-standard.md with environment mapping section
